BURGER & SPUDS


1 lb ground beef
3 raw potatoes, diced
1/2 raw onion, chopped
2 T oil or fat free spray

Put oil or spray in skillet, add potatoes and onion. Stir often to prevent sticking. Cook until almost done, then add ground beef and spices, then cook until lightly browned. Stir often to prevent sticking.

Serve with green, red or yellow (or all), vegetables. Note: Ground turkey can also be used, but be sure to only heat turkey until lightly browned.
