1 oz hazelnut liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1/2 banana
1 oz espresso (hot)
chocolate syrup
Add all but chocolate sauce into the blender, adding the espresso last, and blend with 1 cup of ice until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass into which you have first swirled chocolate syrup.
