What are?


The Outsiders are basicly a group of outcasts, people who don't really fit in with their own kind. They are loners that are tired of not having anyone there to watch their back in a time of need. They are a family of rejects who grew weary of not having anyone to care about and no one to care about them.

They are a group of all races who work together to try to better their world. They look out for each other and the innocents that quite often become engulfed in the world of darkness in which we live.

There are many factions of the Outsiders in major cities throughout the world, although this site deals only with the Necropolis faction and the over all leader, Rayne Tanaka.
